I'm loving springtime patterns on a yellow background with espadrilles, as well as chambray and pale peach.

Even though it's officially spring, most of us are still layering. For now, I quite like it.

On a side note completely unrelated to these wonderful outfits: I can't decide if it makes more sense to get my camera fixed (at least $175) or to purchase a new camera (at least $300). I've had my Nikon D40 for two years and I'm willing to believe it still has a bit of life left, but I'm not sure how much. Then again, it might be nice to upgrade - either D80, which is just as old as the D40, but it's a better model, or the D3000/D3100. But since I'm scouring mostly Craigslist and shops' used equipment listings, there's no guarantee that any of them won't experience the same problems.

  1. Love love love! I look forward to these post so much! You had a picture my friend Robyn up last time! We're both Fl gals. I like to keep in the loop as well as to whos wearing what! Love it!

  2. i love your picks. and i suggest splurging on a new model, fresh from the store. it'll do wonders!

  3. Such great picks! I especially love Erin's skirt!
I would say to got with a new model since getting your old camera fixed would cost more than half of a new one.

  4. I was really close to buying a D3000 myself, but I fell back on the D40 because of its lower price. A friend of mine has a D3100 and the image quality and depth of field is wonderful, even with just the standard lens. I'm sure you could find a body on ebay for around $300.

  5. buy a new model! always worth the wait instead of spending on an old one.
followed, btw. on both blovin' and googleconnect.

  6. Your post is simply amazing! Loves it! I'm now subscribing to your blog on my google reader!

  7. hooray for spring! these looks are all so lovely.

concerning the camera - i would opt for the upgrade, unless you still have a warranty on your old one. it's my experience that, once repairs are in order, they seem to be needed more often than not and you'll end up investing the money that you would in a new camera into your old one. plus, new toys are fun! :)

  8. gosh, I wish I could help you with the camera issue... but I have the suckiest of them all, so I really wouldn't know. I hate that about cameras being all expensive! but I guess if you really really like yours, you should stick with it rather than a used one that might have the same problems :/ I am not making sense. Why is it that whatever I say never seems to make sense? haha

  9. Thanks for introducing us to some of these bloggers! They're fantastic and has great styles!
