I'm so overdue for a haircut. So, so, so glad it's finally Friday - next week is my last week of "real" work. I have to more AP tests, and then a few projects. Nothing unmanageable! I'm quite tired and sluggish, but I have some fun weekend activities planned. Woohoo. Might take a short nap though.
I love May weather - it's perfect. And it smells incredible outside. May is my absolute favorite month.
So, I got some weird stares and comments about wearing sandals with socks. First of all, heels of any sort usually attract attention - but with socks?! Yeah, there's people who roam the hallways of my school with athletic socks and Nike flip flops. I don't dress to try to please anyone except myself. I don't take fashion too seriously - after all, I'm young! I'll have fun with it while I can, and cringe later if I so choose.
My one act went well last night, but I left promptly after because I had some other things to do. Wish I could have stayed to see some of the other acts...

ReplyDeletei still find it a lil crazy that you're the same grade as me. i always see you as a college student. xD anyway, the spanish exam took over 6 hours because we had to wait for other people to finish the speaking section, it was crazy. but we played icebreakers, so it was awesome. :) you must be a really good student to be taking 4 ap exams! best of luck!

ReplyDeleteSocks and sandals are such a cute combo! And I think it's incredible that you have AP classes AND a cute blog.. how do you do it?! Your hair is adorable by the way, I don't think you need a haircut, but if you do, I'm sure it'll be cute either way haha.
